Microdermabrasion and Glycolic peel? anyone recommend?

has anyone had a course of Microdermabrasion and Glycolic peel treatments (Professionally i.e done at clinics)

im thinking of having a course of 6 together in an attemp to get rid of acne scarring,

the Microdermabrasion is using the Diamond wand, (not the crystals) and the peel is 20%.

anyone already done this, or something simular, is it really worth it at £300 / $500

I did some diamond dermabrasion at my spa, it helped but I have severe scarring. My dermatologist recommended peels and whatnot. However, if you were on any prescribed acne medications make sure your Dr knows, some can increase the risk of scarring even months after you’ve stopped taking it.
