
Will eating more fruit benefit me…?
Okay, so whenever I get hungry, I eat an apple, a plum, an orange, or a banana. Basically, any fruit that I can find. Or I squeeze a lemon on some water and drink that.
So here are my questions…
Will I lose weight?
Will my face clear up?
Any other benefits?…
P.S. I’m trying to lose weight! (:
well you can get benifits from grape fruits because 1. it helps you loose weight,2. it can help your face,3 it’s good if you have a soar throat…….
if you eat to many banana’s you’ll get constipated
but fruits are really good but if you eat way to much you can get diabetes.
BTW… if you want to loose weight you should cut eating sugar and hula hooping
