Reiki Doctor/Please Communicate?

Last year my mother received a head injury. Even now, she is very sensitive. She always get headaches, as if someone is pulling at her hair. On one part of the skull, it feels like fluid has built up. The doctor told her that the treatment is finished, but she is still suffering. We will email you her x-rays. Please advise us, what about reiki treatment? She is very fragile. Is reiki suitable for her?” No medicine cures my mother.Please guide us.
I saw advertisment a person puts hand on patiens head and he cures.Is it that true?

they dont actually put their hands on you but move them over the affected areas (an inch or 2 above) and there is a form of energy transfered somehow from the healer which ousts the negative energy (which causes the pain) from the sufferer. supposedly anyone can perform reiki if they now how. my mum in law did a course on it and was able to learn it. when it is being performed on you you feel a strange heat sensation its weird.
